26th Annual Bi-Mart Hot Rod National’s Saturday Results in the Record Books

With the completion of Saturday’s events, Day One of the 26th Annual Bi-Mart Hot Rod Nationals is completed and filed away. Individual wins were scored for Richard Dietrich (Electronics), Jarod Anderson (Non-Electronics Pro), Glenn Burbage (Non-Electronics Sportsman), Walt Skoczylas (Inline/Flathead), and Paul Carbaugh (409 Shootout). In the Pro Nostalgia category, Russ Parker will head into Sunday’s eliminations as the number one qualifier after a spectacular 6.309 at 217.28mph. In AA/Supercharged, Howard Anderson was the man to beat after laying down a jaw-dropping 6.507 at 212.51 in the heat of the day. In the Dragster/Roadster category, Mike Ekerson will head into Sunday as the number one qualifier, cutting it close with a .001.
