Day’s Dominate Final Fall Series Event
Despite the cold and wet weather forecasted for Sunday October 14th, the last of the four Fall E.T. and Jr. Fall Series was run. It was a champion’s day as 4 of the 5 event winners were able to hold off their competitors to take the championships. Dan Shepherd took the win over Sue Mitchell in the Electronics class, using a stellar reaction advantage to take the hole shot win. Dave Nassimbene took the win in the Trans Brake category and Jerry Weber was able to beat Susan Lamkin for the win and the championship in the Foot Brake class.
In the Jr. categories, Dustin Day reigned supreme over Taylor Toftemark in the Lightning category, and Katie Day made it a double up for the Day family as she took the win over Josh McMyne in the Jr. Thunder Final.
