The Woodburn Dragstrip High School Series is for current high school students who cover the 1/4 mile in 11.00 seconds and slower.
This class is open to current High School students who meet the following requirements:
- A valid driver’s license
- Insurance
- A signed parent permission form (when driver is under the age of 18).
We invite parents to attend with their son or daughter. Rules regarding electronics is the same as Pro ET. Refer to NHRA Rulebook regarding required safety equipment.
The top two points earners at the end of competition on August 29, 2009 in the High School Series will be invited to join the Woodburn Dragstrip Summit ET Finals Team at the NHRA Summit ET Finals to be held at Woodburn Dragstrip on September 4, 5, & 6, 2009. If a driver chooses not to race for Woodburn Dragstrip at the NHRA Division 6 Summit ET Finals, he/she will not be elegible for year end prizes. The winner of the Summit ET Finals event will be crowned the NHRA Division 6 High School Champion. Further results will be listed at this site.
