The 40th Annual Summit Racing Equipment Northwest Division ET Finals will take place starting on Wednesday with parking and ending Sunday with Champions being crowned in 4 categories (Super Pro, Pro, Sportsman, and Bike/Sled).
Wednesday, August 30th, Parking begins as over 500 of the Northwest’s best ET Bracket Racers converge to seek individual and team honors. Thursday, August 31st, things heat up with a Test & Tune taking place from 10 am to 6 pm in preparation for Friday’s Gambler race. Friday, September 1st, competition will begin for those racers wanting to participate in a Gambler race in the classes of Super Pro, Pro, Sportsman, Bike/Sled, Jr Lightning, and Jr Thunder. Those that are not part of the Gambler race will receive two time trial runs down the all concrete quarter-mile. Saturday, September 2nd, is the crowning of Division Champions in the classes of Super Pro, Pro, Sportsman, Bike/Sled, High School, Jr Street, Jr Thunder and Jr Lightning. Winners in Super Pro, Pro, Sportsman, and Bike/Sled, will then go on to compete in the AAA Finals at Auto Club Raceway in Pomona, California for the Summit Racing Equipment National Championship Sunday, September 3rd, racers will compete for individual awards in Super Pro, Pro, Sportsman and Bike/Sled, along with the highly coveted Team Championship. Woodburn Dragstrip leads the charge with 17 Team Championships, followed by Firebird Raceway and Portland International Raceway with 7 wins apiece. This is an action packed weekend for the Northwest Best Bracket Racers to show their stuff!
