Canby Transmission High School Drag Racing Series
The Canby Transmission High School Drag Racing Series is a 5 Race Series: April 23rd, May 15th, June 19th, July 23rd, and August 20th. Racers under the age of 18 must have a signed Parent/Guardian Release and Waiver of Liability Assumption of Risk and Indemnity of Agreement form filled out, a valid driver’s license, and attend High School during the 2010-11 school year to be eligble to participate. The top two points earners will earn the right to compete with Team Woodburn at the the Summit Racing Equipment NHRA ET Finals held at Firebird Raceway in Boise, Idaho on September 2-4, 2011. Students are allowed to dial as quick as 11.00 in the quarter-mile. High School competitors must follow Pro & Sportsman rules, ie., no delay boxes, automated shifter, or throttle controll.
