Sunoco Race Fuels ET Series #5 Results – May 1, 2011

Don’t you just love it when you run your number with a 1? John Floyd, Sr. certainly does. Don’t you just love it when you score a .001 reaction time? Karl Hart certainly does. Don’t you just love it when one hundredth of a second is just enough? Derrick Jackson certainly does. Don’t you just love it when your opponent red-lights in the finals? Roger Wolff and Carl Wilkerson certainly do. Don’t you just love it when you get lucky because your opponent broke out? Steve Erickson certainly does. That just about sums up the story of the finals in the Sunoco Race Fuels ET Series at Woodburn Dragstrip on May 1st. It was a beautiful day, and good times were the norm for all in attendance. In fact, it was so much fun. I think we will do it again next Saturday.
